Welcome to PDX Dog Park! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our dog park, services, memberships, website, and facilities. By purchasing a membership, day pass, or entering the park, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully

 

1. General Use of the Facility-

- All dogs must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

- Owners are fully responsible for their dogs’ behavior and actions while on park property.

- Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult.

- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog or person for safety reasons.

 

2. Health & Safety Requirements-

- All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination is required

.- Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses or parasites.

- Female dogs in heat are not allowed.

- Aggressive Dogs: If you have an aggressive dog, you must use our separated one dog only space, which must be purchased prior to entry and pre-booked through our booking site. Aggressive dogs are not permitted in shared play areas.

 

3. Memberships & Passes-

- Memberships and passes are non-transferable.

- Day passes are valid only for the day of purchase.

- Memberships may be canceled by PDX Dog Park if rules are repeatedly violated.

4. Refunds & Cancellations-

- Refunds follow our Refund Policy, available on our website and at the park.

- No refunds are provided for day passes or partial membership use, except as outlined in the Refund Policy.

- Founders’ Memberships purchased prior to opening day are eligible for a full refund if the purchaser chooses not to continue before the park opens.

 

5. Liability Waiver-

Dog owners enter and use PDX Dog Park at their own risk

- PDX Dog Park is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur to dogs, owners, or visitors while on property. 

- Owners assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s).

- Please sign and submit Waiver before entry to our park.

 

6. Rules of Conduct-

- Clean up after your dog immediately. Waste stations are provided.

- Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the facility.

- No outside food, glass containers, or alcohol are allowed inside the park.

- Owners must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

 

7. Website & Online Services-

-  By using our website (pdxdogpark.org), you agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access.

- We may update or change website content, pricing, and policies at any time without prior notice.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the park or services means you accept the revised Terms.
