Refund Policy
Refund Policy – PDX Dog Park
At PDX Dog Park, we value our community and strive to provide a safe, fun, and positive
experience for dogs and their owners. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve outlined
our refund policy below.
Day Passes
- Non-refundable once purchased, but may be transferred to another day if unused and rescheduled
within 30 days.
- Passes are not transferable between individuals.
Memberships (Monthly/Annual)
- Full refund available if cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and the membership
has not been used.
- After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable.
- Memberships may be canceled at any time to prevent renewal, but no partial refunds will be issued for
unused time.
Founders’ Memberships (Pre-Opening Purchases)
- Founders’ Memberships purchased prior to the park’s official opening day are fully refundable at any
time before opening if the purchaser decides not to go forward.
- Once the park officially opens, the membership will follow the standard membership refund policy
listed above.
Events, Classes, & Training Sessions
- Full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
- 50% refund if canceled between 24–72 hours prior.
- No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the event.
- If we cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.
Weather & Safety Closures
- If the park closes due to weather, maintenance, or safety concerns, we’ll issue either a rescheduled
pass or a credit for future use.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
